Restore the Core is a simple, effective 6-week postpartum recovery program designed to help you rebuild your foundation after birth — whether you had a vaginal delivery or c-section.
Inside the program, you’ll focus on restoring your deep core and pelvic floor, rebuilding strength through your glutes and back, improving posture and stability, and helping your body feel supported again through everyday motherhood.
You can begin as early as day one postpartum, and the program is designed to meet you where you’re at. Some days may feel strong and energized. Other days may simply look like breathwork and a short walk. Both count.
The goal is not perfection. The goal is consistency.
Every workout is short, intentional, and designed to help you feel better — physically and mentally — while your body heals and rebuilds.
