    How do I join the Daily80 Movement Challenge?
    All subscribers have instant access to Daily80 and will be eligible simply by 'checking in' for workouts each day you complete them over the course of the 80 days.
    I'm a beginner, are your programs for me?
    All workouts and programs posted in the app are for any level of fitness, with modifications as needed. We offer both On-Demand classes so you can follow along start to finish OR self-guided where we walk you through all exercises with easy-to-follow videos and simple written instructions. This means you’ll be able to do all the moves easily, accurately, and safely.
    Do I need to purchase equipment?
    No! One set of dumbbells or a resistance loops will be suffice for all our programs
