I'm a beginner, are your programs for me?
All workouts and programs posted in the app are for any level of fitness, with modifications as needed, and geared specifically towards moms or moms-to-be with integrated deep core + pelvic floor work. We offer both On-Demand classes so you can follow along start to finish OR self-guided where we walk you through all exercises with easy-to-follow videos and simple written instructions. This means you’ll be able to do all the moves easily, accurately, and safely.
Do I need to purchase equipment?
No! One set of dumbbells or a resistance loops will be suffice for all our programs
