Frequently asked questions

What program do I start with?
Pregnancy Program → start anytime during pregnancy. Postpartum Rehab → start as soon as you feel ready after birth (it’s gentle + safe, even years later). Return to Athletics → start after rehab to rebuild strength and confidence for lifting, running, and higher intensity workouts. 👉 Not sure? Start with Postpartum Rehab—you can’t go wrong building a strong foundation first.
I'm a beginner, are your programs for me?
All workouts and programs posted in the app are for any level of fitness, with modifications as needed. We offer both On-Demand classes so you can follow along start to finish OR self-guided where we walk you through all exercises with easy-to-follow videos and simple written instructions. This means you’ll be able to do all the moves easily, accurately, and safely.
Do I need to purchase equipment?
No! One set of dumbbells or a resistance loops will be suffice for all our programs
